Position: Full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedules:

Friday-Monday 2p-10p
Thursday-Monday 6a-2p

Responsibilities That Matter:

Provide hands-on care and support to individuals with IDD in a group living setting.
Bring Individual Support Plans (ISP) to life, enhancing quality of life and fostering independence.
From personal care to skill-building activities, your role will positively impact every aspect of their lives.
Collaborate with fellow DSPs and supervisors, always ensuring comprehensive support and safety.

Qualifications That Count:

Passion for making a difference (age 18+)
Valid driver’s license with the ability to become a company driver.
Ability to perform physical requirements, including lifting approx. 50lbs.
Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Successful completion of a level II background check
